I wouldn't even give them 1 star for their horrible work and lack of professionalism! Went in with less than an inch of warm medium blonde roots and the rest was platinum blonde hair all the way down to my middle of my back. Asked to have my roots blended in better with my platinum since I just received a more professional job and wanted a more professional looking hair. I left with BLACK FREAKIN HAIR!
