We gave our niece a ride to this salon to get a hair wash, trim of her dead ends, and blow dry. Due to an unforeseen incident, we were going to be about 3 minutes late. I called the salon at the exact time of the appointment to let them know we were literally up the street and would be there asap. I’ve been going here for months, Brittany is amazing and always does my hair the way I want. Unfortunately Brittany wasn’t doing hair today so I got Brooke. Brittany explained what i wanted for my hair to Brooke. Thought it would be fine but she missed a whole section of my hair. The “curls” in the blowout fell immediately that my boyfriend didn’t even think i got my hair done yet. And my hair holds a curl very well. Paid $56 for me to go home and wash my hair immediately.
