Carol and Kim are the best! I have been getting my haircut at Images since I was a child and they always do a great job. They are both so nice, it feels like I'm catching up with friends every time I'm there. The environment is calm and welcoming. No attitude here, like some salons. I'll never forget how patient they were with Grandma too. They always took their time with her and made her feel fabulous.

I walked in. A young girl that worked there or is as family was playing on her phone and just looked @ me then looked back down to her phone. Other lady was on her computer. Neither one greeted me as I stood there for a minute. So I said out loud “Okay” and walked out. Still no one said anything. Very poor customer service

I have been going here since I was little. Kim and Carol have always been so nice! Appointments I feel are the best way to go but they do accept walk ins too. what I like best is that I never feel rushed. Even if she us running late Kim always gives her best to the costumer and doesn't cut them short.
