Absolutely the worst! Danielle Santiago-Cofield (Danni) of Imagery Red Carpet Salon in Arysley Town Blvd. did a Keratin treatment on my hair and completely ruined my hair from the ears down. I should have known when she was referring to the directions throughout the process. She offered a partial refund (seriously???) to compensate for her products and her time--- unbelievable.
