Yikes they really do not know how to cut hair here. It's cheap yes but you definitely get what you pay for. They also don't follow basic directions-they WILL cut more than you specifically ask for.

I love this place. All of the girls are so friendly. My hair stylist is Carmen and she always delivers exactly what I want. My son also only wants her to cut his hair and he won't want me to take him anywhere else. Prices are very affordable. Very homey feeling at this place.

I am visiting here since long time since 2013 been 5 years can't stay out without giving 5 starts and 5 star review. Such a good place, clean, happy and smelling people, always happy to help and price is not just firm it's so cheap, everything in Austin tripled or may be more that triple but charges here still remain same I know they deserve more but they care costumers mor e than just money. Good luck and keep good work thanks.

My stylist is Susy she does fantastic work i have a full beard and she takes her time trimming it, also trims my mustache very well. She does excellent work and hair design

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 only put so I could write review , my hair is never cut u went in for a trim my hair was to my waist my bangs almost to my nose , normally I go to Kyle but didn’t feel like driving and I take my son here and thought it would be fine I left crying , my hair to my shoulders and uneven , my bangs crooked and almost up to my scalp , smh 🤦‍♀️ , I have before and after pictures I am looking into suing , my faith I don’t cut my hair and now it’s gone
