We have been using Immage First for several years. We are contracted to receive the premium sheets. Over 50% of the time we do not receive what we order and until recently we were not given credit for the cheaper, poor quality sheets. Also, it is quite common to get sheets that are partially wadded and extremely wrinkled. I have encountered holes, stains, Grease, bloody cotton balls taped to the sheet and even medical equipment still taped to the sheet. I have taken pictures of many of these issues.
