The staff is great. But, their new computer tablet sign in health history questionaire is difficult to complete. Takes a long time to complete. People who are adopted, may not know answers to many family history questions, and the tablet does not always give "unknown/do not know" as a choice to respond. Forcing incorrect data to be entered. Staff is very nice, helpful. Facility is nice and clean and patient friendly
Do not waste your time. Making an appointment with ImageCare in general, IS A NIGHTMARE. I waited on hold two different times; before and after their lunch. I spent nearly 1.5 hours sitting on the call waiting for a rep in one day. Once they finally do answer I was met with the most attitude and disrespect, as if I had not just waited PATIENTLY for over an hour. I had images done with Robin and she when up and beyond to easy my concerns and made sure I was able to get a copy of the documents before I left.
Very impressed with the service I received. I went in for a mammogram. They were on time, efficient, friendly and very clean.
