I am extremely annoyed with this center. I called 3 times earlier this week and spoke to Brielle who told me that it was okay to walk in and ask for my images on a cd with no need for an appointment. Today I came and spoke to Patty, she took my request and told me to wait 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and figured they had forgotten about again just like the 1st time I was and walked up to her, she turned to check the cd machine and said that my cd wasn’t ready. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize that you are so frustrated. We are transitioning to a new system and as it turns out, the DVD burner was out of ink. We now know how to replace the ink cartridges and will get the DVD with your images to you on Monday when we open.
