Bad customer service, the receptionist is just downright rude. Book your appointment at another location.
I usually go to the Image Care facility in Latham but for some reason they scheduled my annual CT Lung scan at the Balltown Rd. facility this time. The people were very nice but the facility is nowhere near as nice as the one in Latham. The waiting room looks more like the hall at the volunteer fire house than a professional medical office. The chairs are cheap stackable junk. There are no tables or magazines, no carpet and old fashion overhead florescent lighting.
