Thank goodness, not a ton of paperwork to fill out! The wait time was minimal. The receptionist and technologist were professional and knowledgeable. The CT itself took about 3 minutes.
Just spent 25 minutes on hold. First call (17 min on hold.). Hung up and tried again. Told 'hold for a minute.'. When I said ' no, already on hold for 17 min.' was told 'we're short staffed' and placed on hold. Patient here for as long as I can remember but not the same office experience since CCP took over. Time for a change.
The older receptionist is absolutely deplorable. She was so argumentative with both in-person patients and inbound calling and holding patients, it was absurd. My appoint was scheduled for 1:30 but they had 2:50. The techs in the back were great; knowledgeable and friendly. But, the one receptionist negated any positivity.
