Image360 staff is very thorough and willingly to accommodate customer standards for all projects. Staff is very adaptable and patience in modifying branding design to fit the scope you are searching for.
My only comment was a matter of communication. Originally, for some reason, I was unable to create printer spreads directly from my InDesign file to PDF, so I sent single pages. When I got the proof back from you I received the single pages, not printer spreads. This concerned me because I wasn't sure if you understood that this project was supposed to be a booklet. I even when I through the trouble of creating printer spreads and sending that back to you, but I still received single page proofs. This made me concerned that ... read more
