All the various staff I interacted with at Image Tree Service were kind, knowledgeable and fast to respond. They came out, assessed the work I'd asked to be performed and provided a quote at no-cost and said they could be out to do both the cabling and felling within one to two weeks. One of their competitors wanted $250 just to come out (I'm in city limits) and then said it would be 10-14 weeks before they could perform the work, unless it was an emergency and then special rates would ensue. Great service Wonderful staff
We had a large oak that was damaging the surrounding property and fence. The Image crew came in and safely removed the tree and followed up with root grinding the remaining stump. They even came back a second time to remove some additional roots that were found. All work was very professional and performed safely.
Great customer service. Quick response to all questions. Crew was professional and kept us updated and informed on all progress of project.
The crew was awesome. They came out in terrible weather and handled a tricky job removing large limbs above the house. Fast, efficient, friendly and very neat clean-up. We have used Image Tree before and will again.
