Make sure you call this Katy location BEFORE going there. You never know whether they will be open or not even though their operating hours are posted at the door. Young ladies who work there are pleasant but that doesn't make up for me driving 40 miles one way to get my tans. DO NOT TAN HERE...... SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE GONE AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE BULBS IN THE BEDS AND ONE HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR OVER A MONTH.. RIDICULOUS ... CANT EVEN CONTACT THE OWNER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
