These people are sooo nice and friendly till they get your money and then rude!! The laser hair removal machine is ALWAYS broke. And now they offered me my money back and now can't seem to ever get back to management because they have NO intention of giving me my money back! DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being ripped off!!
