Image Source has been a big help for me at the school site I work at. When I first started this job there was a different make an model of printer in every classroom. Lexmark, Brother, HP, Xerox. It was a nightmare and I spent almost everyday working on printers. Image Source changed all that. They consolidated all our printers to Xerox printers, they gave me a lists of serial numbers and IP address, and when the toner runs low the printers notify Image Source and they send a replacement in the mail.
