Once you leave the premise, you will not receive your deposit an no one will answer calls/emails. Reading through the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one to experience this type of treatment. I was dealing with 'Eric' at the firm. Stay away from him and this agency. TO ERIC's REPLY BELOW: I actually purchased towels and bed sheets so you should have more than what was provided.
