Once you leave the premise, you will not receive your deposit an no one will answer calls/emails. Reading through the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one to experience this type of treatment. I was dealing with 'Eric' at the firm. Stay away from him and this agency. TO ERIC's REPLY BELOW: I actually purchased towels and bed sheets so you should have more than what was provided. Prompt service. Owner/ broker as responsive to customer and takes pride in his brokerage. Property provided a great stay for my family and was beautiful
I am currently staying in an Airbnb managed through this company. We are traveling from Europe and were not provided with details about the unit until a day and a half after checkin- the welcome letter is for another unit and now we finally received the right one, but the internet just doesn't work. No one is answering or returning our messages. Yacht Club Aventura 6-405. We are paying a few thousand usd for this unit- we would appreciate basic things to make our vacation comfortable.
Worst experience ever trying to work with this realty company. They don't return any of your calls and Are not Serious about their clients. The broker is lazy and not Serious about his work and clients.
