Arrived at 4:49pm for a nail appointment and pedicure, was foiled right away. I was showed to the pedicure chair where my pedicure was started but not my nails. I asked several times and Cindy did not show up to do my nails until 6:05pm by this time I was pissed. She took a walk in instead of an appointment. No apologies! I have been going to get my nails here for 2 years and feel like there are always others that get special treatment. I left at 6:35pm and all I had was a pedicure.
