Image Pro provided wonderful service when our company needed a printer repaired immediately! They took the time to check everything thoroughly, and did not try to oversell us when it turned out it was the toner cartridge (which we DID NOT purchase from Image Pro) that was causing the problems. The tech popped in a new cartridge and problem solved. We now have all our repairs done by Image Pro and buy all of our toner cartridges from them as well! Great reputable company!
