I’ll start out by saying that I’m happy with my Invisalign treatment and the actual doctors/providers have been kind and helpful. However, this office is consistently running late (30 mins behind, a huge waste of time) and takes absolutely forever to get new trays in after your scan. 8-12 weeks on average, while other local Invisalign providers have new trays on hand within 2-4 weeks typically. I had a great experience at Image Orthodontics - Pacific Heights. Dr. Yan Kalika was great and his staff was wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommend this clinic.
