Great people! Ernesto was great getting our kid set up with his retainer and explaining how to take care of them. He has difficult dental issues and getting his teeth straight has been a miracle.
My kids ortho was also my ortho as a child but after they dropped our insurance, we tried for 2 years to make it work but eventually left due to customer service. We found Rockville Smiles and Image Orthodontics and made an appointment for an Ortho consult (final set of braces for middle child). We had a consult, they explained the costs and process, we met the doctor, and they asked if we wanted to proceed with braces the same day.
