Excellent customer service by genuine and knowledgeable staff.
I've been coming here for many years now. Dr. Wong is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. The rest of the team are very polite and resourceful. When I needed an urgent eye exam, they were understanding and accommodated me into their busy schedule. I have always had an excellent experience here, and will be back!
My husband's glasses broke while we were here on vacation and he didn't have an extra pair. Specsavers was across the street from our hotel, so we decided to see if they could help. Alyce was able to repair them and didn't charge us anything.
