Got the lenses replaced on existing pair of glasses. It was more expensive than getting a new pair but the frame they offered were made of cheap plastic. Took 3 weeks for delivery, black debris all over the lens and there’s gap between the lens and frame. (I’ve had lens replaced on these frame before but never looked so terrible or have taken this long.)
Great staff at the Broadway location and my glasses came out just as I hoped.
I had an excellent experience with the Specsavers eyeglass at Broadway. The friendly staff was incredibly attentive, patiently addressing all my questions and explaining every detail clearly. I’m thrilled with the service and will definitely recommend Specsavers to my friends!
I had a great time getting my eyes checked and buying glasses from this location. I can’t exactly remember the names of the staff, but they were amazing, super helpful, super nice and welcoming. I found that the price is amazing for what you get. The doctor doing the check up was also really nice and made the whole process fun and easy.
