I was at the store around 10:00am on October 21st, 2025, wanting to inquire the deal of two pairs of glasses for 99CAD. The staff who interacted with me, likely a young person in their 20s, short curly black hair, wearing glasses, was fairly dismissive with me and unhelpful at all. I had my eye exam and glasses made here — both this time and the previous time. The first pair didn’t work out at first either, but they remade the lenses and everything was great. This time, I had the same problem — I couldn’t see clearly through the new glasses. Everyone assumed the prescription was wrong, but after they retested my vision, it turned out to be correct.
