I t was very amazing and incredible kind of customer service that I had experienced in this place (Specsavers) for the second time. The first one was 2 years ago (Metrotown Branch). But sadly, the former manager wasn’t there anymore. The service wasn’t bad but not the same as before and they didn’t have the frame I was looking for. I had a great experience at this store! Shauna was friendly, professional and she helped me out . Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality eyeglasses and excellent service!
Dr. Dhaliwal is amazing with not only his knowledge, but client care and empathy. There was nothing but laughter during the eye exam (of course, with focus on the exam!) he’s got great humour and kindness. All around great vibes!! Would recommended him to everyone I know, and will definitely be coming back!
