My partner had an eye exam and the optometrist wrote the wrong prescription. We got the lenses made elsewhere but because the prescription was wrong he couldn’t use the glasses. He called in and talked to the optometrist who admitted he wrote the wrong prescription on the sheet. He told my partner he would take care of it by replacing the lenses. When we came back to the store, $100 was credited to the account (cost of the eye exam) but they told us they couldn’t replace the lenses for free and we would have to pay an extra ... read more
This Specsavers location has a warm and friendly staff who are engaging and very helpful. I've never worn glasses before and my last eye exam was well over a decade ago. The optometrist and staff were able to guide and walk me through every step to ensure i get the help i needed. Would highly recommended them!
