Excellent service from all the staff I encountered, starting with the Optometrist Dr. Kim, to various sales staff as well as the manager. Very pleased with the focus of attention and knowledge of all!
Ive been going here for 5+ years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff there are great and personable and the doctor is so nice and always loves giving my doggies a treat:)
Best place for glasses in East Van
5 stars customer service at this Specsavers, especially by their friendly and knowledgeable manager, Amit. My wife and I bought glasses there and he was very knowledgeable in helping us pick a pair. Once we got the glasses, we experienced a few issues with the prescription lenses, but Amit was very kind and swift in helping us solve the problems. Plus, the affordable cost is a huge plus!
