I have been a patient of Dr. Clark's for over 3 years and I have never had any issues. Customer service is rated a 10, Time frame for return on glasses is top notch and insurance payments and other documents are processed in an orderly fashion. I'm upset to read the negative reviews based on "personal" and not "professional" experience. If you are looking for the chair side manner then dr. Clark is the one!
