The staff is always welcoming, Dr Proffitt is thorough, explains things in a way I can easily understand, and is almost always able to work around my hectic schedule with convenient hours. Definitely worth the drive in from Hendersonville.
Every pair of glasses I've purchased from Image Optical draw rave reviews. There is no better selection of frames with that “extra something” anywhere. Love the warm and helpful staff that making the picking out and deciding so much fun.

I had such a great experience at image optical. Such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. All the employees were so helpful with me and my mom. They didn't seem to mind the never-ending discovery of a new favorite pair of glasses and that one and that one too! Mello, Katie, Cari & Dr. Profitt I never write reviews but this was more than deserved ! Thank you all so much can't wait to get my glasses in!
The whole staff is so professional and wonderful. You go away knowing you have the perfect pair of glasses. I wouldn't purchase them anywhere else.
