Told us a party of 3 we could only get basic pedicures and over charged us for services, did not offer us drinks very rude will never go back, (update to response) nothing luxury about the experience THE RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT IS GASLIGHTING AND CONDESCENDING, close the whole nail shop customer service is nonexistent. As a group of 3, we scheduled a nail appointment the day prior. We were treated poorly and felt unwelcome. We were overcharged, we were denied a choice of a pedicure, not offered any beverages, manicure was minimal, (no lotion/oil or massage) and no accountability for the lack of customer service. *UPDATE* We do our best to provide clear communication when appointments are booked, especially during busy weekends when our schedule is full.
