My friend and I went there for a walk in acrylic full set for each of us. First off, upon walking in we get sat down and the lady threw the nail polish guides at us like she was already annoyed with us being there. We pick our ideas out. I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The person did fine with the pedicure but she was rushing through the manicure. I wanted short nails but she cut them to the quick and cut my finger when trimming the cuticles. She said "oops too deep", finished the manicure and still charged me $70.

I really tried to make this place work but today was the final straw. This is the second time they tried to sneak and paint my nails a color other than the one I requested without speaking to me about it. When I pointed it out they said, “oh the color you wanted is running out.” I find it very odd that they wouldn’t just ask me to pick something else instead of picking on my behalf.
