I’m disappointed with my experience at Image Makers Fairview Salon. I was booked for 9:00 a.m., but another male customer was also taken at the same time. I waited about 20 minutes before it was my turn, and I initially overlooked that. I clearly explained that I wanted shiny hair with color and absolutely no red. Instead, I received only a root touch-up, and the color was much too dark and had a noticeable red tone. I also asked for my long hair to be styled because it was flat on top. My first time here and very great experience, everyone was so kind and welcoming, Christina cut my hair and did a wonderful job, very happy with the outcome and would definitely go back!
