Best customer service. I went up to Sterling Honda twice and both times experienced the worst customer service. One ending with me sitting for two hours waiting, not being talked to and my car sitting where I left it. I ended up leaving and booking with Image Honda. Needless to say I was worried. Not good service telling lie and taking money that’s it
Got my 2019 Pilot serviced here for the first time and it was a smooth experience. Amy at the service desk was very friendly and efficient, tech completed the work as expected, and I had the vehicle back within the hour, at lower cost than I anticipated. Very impressed. These guys just got themselves a repeat customer!
I am disappointed at service department regarding ceramic coating on my 2024 CRV. Less then 10 month ago after I bought it has a swirl marks allover. I was told by a manager that they will polish a hood only and the rest is out of my pocket. Swirls are not covered by a 10 years warranty. So don't be fooled into purchasing a CERAMIC COATING, it's a money grab from Image Honda. Go somewhere else. They won't see me as a costumer again. Very disappointed.
Lost a customer for life. Consistent AC issues, having to come back regularly as it stops working. Patch work until I'm out of warranty and now slapped me with a $4000 evaporator and compressor repair. Brian K was nice. Update: bought a $70 compressor clutch from Amazon. Watched a video on how to replace it while sitting on the toilet. 2 hours of work plus a little freon top-up and we're blowing nice and cool. Will need a $30 can every summer, but it's a small price to pay. Stay frosty.
