Lost a customer for life. Consistent AC issues, having to come back regularly as it stops working. Patch work until I'm out of warranty and now slapped me with a $4000 evaporator and compressor repair. Brian K was nice.
Paul Penfold the service manager is an incompetent joke!! Brought my daughter‘s Honda HRV there for some paint warranty, and after five months of waiting, I returned to the dealership and he had no knowledge of even submitting the claim or taking the pictures of the car. So once again, he pulled out his phone and started taking pictures and said he was going to submit the claim.
