I really love going to this location for my oil changes. I ended up booking an appointment online and I mistakenly went in a week earlier. They were so kind and fit me in at the end of the day (4pm) without complaint. The one thing about this location that I love, is that they don't try and pressure me into anything. They complete the oil change, they advise of anything they noticed throughout their inspections, but never do I feel like I'm being pressured into a service. Honda Image rep called to tell me no longer come to this location because my survey results were not to their satisfaction. If you are not super happy with their service, regardles of, find another dealership... words of the bully that called me
Disappointed with my experience at this Honda for my service appointment, granted they are under construction however to have no area within the building to wait, I was asked to go out a side door walk around to the back of the building ( in the pouring rain ) to find a trailer that was very small with 4 people already in there it was super quiet and awkward a little uncomfortable for sure. Been in Hamilton for just about a year now, Image Honda serviced my car with an amazing service team. And just recently I bought a new 2019 CRV from Anthony, who made me and my son feel right at home when buying this new vehicle. And Sumar (the girl) was an amazing showing me everything to do with my new car and all the while stealing my son's heart.
