I wish I could give zero stars. The entire experience with the collision centre and the their (Fix manager Paul Penfold) and the collision centre supervisor Stacy) was terrible, with the exception of one brief interaction. Almost every interaction with staff was borderline or just blantantly rude, I always used this location (IMAGE HONDA) and I even purchased my vehicle from them and the service used to be very good but the last time I visited them was a nightmare, I had a damage in front passenger side right of my car and a... read more
This is the worst Honda dealership in Hamilton. Once your money has been collected forget about any sort of customer service.
Rob and Billy were nothing but professional and went out of their way to accommodate me. We ended up not sealing the deal but I would recommend this place just based on customer service alone
