Bought my car here in 2011 and had it serviced here until the end of the warranty. By that time, the service became very hit and miss but Image made damn sure that they still charged premium prices. I started taking my car elsewhere for the next 5 years or so, which many others must have done, because they contacted me out of the blue to offer me a free service call so I would become a customer again. I received decent service at a decent price for about 2 years but they have gone back to their old ways of providing terrible... read more
