Came in to get a battery changed in my key. Service department wasn’t open but Billy, one of the sales team changed the battery for us on site! Took less than 5 minutes. Been coming to this dealership for years and service has always been immaculate. Thanks so much Billy!

Not sure how these scamsters are allowed to operate! $1000 for transfer of lease and it’s not documented in the lease papers and lease mentions nothing about it. Do they have any controlling body who keeps a check on such people. Honda is prestigious brand and not sure dealers like them treat people with rudeness and are impolite and unjust. Julie actually hung up the phone on me when I asked for lease documents and tell me why they are charging $1000 for a signature. No more Honda even if they fix this issue
It was pleasant experience. The reports of the vehicle progress were good. Met a wonderful person while I was waiting for the vehicle.
