I had a really frustrating experience during my visit today. When I signed in, there was only one person ahead of me on the check‑in sheet, so I expected a short wait. Instead, I ended up waiting over an hour while three people who arrived after me were taken back before I was. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told they had appointments — something I had no way of knowing when I signed in.
