WORST COMPANY EVER!! THEY PUT ON CHARGES WITHOUT PERSMISSION AND HOPE YOU DONT SEE IT. MANAGAEMENT DOES NOTHING AND JUST GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

I visited the location for delivery, with tractor-trailer. You can't get acces to the loading dock, very busy parking lot. And the receiving office is not accessible.
We've been using Image First for over a decade and to be honest I have no idea why. 1) The drivers consistently refuse to count drapes and gowns which leaves us short on a weekly basis. 2) We had a reduction on teal gowns which we signed a new contract with in December which they still charge us the increased amount for. They have not honored the new contract. Now with Covid19 and seeing less patients they refused to let us reduce more than 20% of our contracted rate. It's in the fine print so that's fine with us.
