I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at your shop. On my first visit, I spent over three hours getting a silk press. While I understand occasional delays, this was excessive. The second visit was even more concerning. I brought my child and we were in the shop for over four hours, again due to delays. I’ve been here three times once was yearsss ago and I went back renceny and literally just went back yesterday every one of those ladies are professional and fun to be around they get their styles done fast and it looks great! Prices are affordable as well for the services you get! Book IEC!!!
I’ve had my hair done by different stylists (Michael and Monica) and they were both amazing and slayed my hair. The customer service here is phenomenal and the atmosphere is amazing. You won’t be disappointed
