Everybody else does hair good except jasmine she messsed up my natural hair with glue and had a nasty attitude about it didn’t even fix it my hair is currently rock hard

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at your shop. On my first visit, I spent over three hours getting a silk press. While I understand occasional delays, this was excessive. The second visit was even more concerning. I brought my child and we were in the shop for over four hours, again due to delays.
