I am very disappointed with the retainer I received from Image Dental Laboratory following my dental implant at Newmarket Oral Surgery. The quality of the retainer was subpar, it didn’t fit properly, and the placement of the fake tooth was incorrect. As a result, the team at Newmarket Oral Surgery had to correct the issue themselves. This experience was frustrating and did not meet the expectations I had for my dental care.
I am now retired but while I was in practice my go to lab was Image Dental. Consistently high quality work, state of the art technology, and so easy to communicate with.
