Please never ever visit Image Dental in Edwards, Co. Yes the building is nice, it looks Hugh end.. But its really not. I schuled a cleaning, they were so busy I had to wait a month (but I'm patient) so a week before I call to co firm my appointment just in case.. And guess what, they never even scheduled it like hwy had said. So I made another one. Went in. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, especially the receptionist - who also doubles as a dental assistant. This was my second time asking about pain in one of my teeth that this dentist put a crown on and he was completely unprofessional in his manner of discussing it (very defensive) and advising a plan of care (see a specialist, lady). DO NOT GO HERE!! When i went here for a normal cleaning, they told me a needed a bunch of filling and then left with a tooth being drilled down with out puting the filling in. Afterwards I had a mouth ache for now 2 weeks. GET A SECOND OPINION before doing any filling! They just want your money!
I went to Dental Image when I moved to town and after never having a cavity in my life, I was told that I had 8 that needed to be filled immediately. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I had none. The office was big and flashy and clearly they are out to gouge their clients to pay for it.
Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort ... read more
