I've been very happy with my Image Beauty online orders the past few years until about the last 6 months. ...My orders since then have taken FOREVER to arrive and I'm usually notified at the last minute that some of my items are backordered and will not be included. Yet, I get continual emails regarding their big sales happening each week. Perhaps they need to get more employees in back then, so these orders can get fulfilled in a timely manner?
