The place has a sign that says Walk ins welcome but that’s not true. I took my nephew for a haircut we signed in and sat down. Not a single barber acknowledged us for 40 mins There was about 5 of them sitting on their chair on their phones. We were literally the only ones sitting there waiting for someone to cut his hair. I’ll never go back. Horrible place!
Key was awesome to work with, booked the Generational Fresh with Booksy for my husband and son and both turned out great. Will definitely be back.
Made one of my kids look like he had a bowl cut, attempted to put a Nike sign in his hair, Nike sign was backwards and nobody could even tell what it was. Fade was uneven. They also had a problem accepting debit cards and claimed they could only do cash. We won’t be back.
Great cut and great customer service. My only regret was not getting his name, so he could do it again next time. Here's a picture of my fresh cut. Ignore my scar.
