Everytime was very helpful and kind
The provider, Beenish Ashfaq, was absolutely awful at my VA claim exam. Very rushed and no attention to detail (about 15 minutes for 8 claims, allotted 4 hours). Asked very few questions, and refused to review any records together at the exam. Veterans deserve to be treated better than this while filing claims. It’s difficult enough what we go through with chronic pains and disabilities.
