Its dirty in their plus I had a appointment at 9:00 am and made to sit in a disgusting room for over a hour after my appointment time.The psychiatrist was off the wall and ate during my time with.her spitting out food as she talked. She asked ridiculous questions and never spoke about my mental illness. I was so frustrated because she will have a part.of me getting my SSI or not.The only good about this place is the women who work there Very friendly and efficient
The first time I took my son to this location we had to wait for a while in a large room with other people no ventilation nothing to read nothing to watch no TVs or anything and when we finally got into the office with this very small looking lady the psychological test was a joke asking him to remember colors and repeat numbers backwards and forwards what kind of a psychological evaluation is that and unfortunately I hope I don't have to go to this same location again because he has been scheduled for another evaluation and... read more
This place is dreary (Unit 11). There was no color, no visuals for learning on the walls, no television (bring favorite toys or books). Being that children are taken here, it would be nice to give our children a child friendly environment. As for the staff behind the desks (once you're called to be seen in the back), it should be time to upgrade to a computer. The doctor I saw used a folder system for documentation.
