My experience was mostly good. Staff were kind, caring (I was actively having a POTs episode while waiting, the psych evaluation and physical evaluation both had evaluators that seemed to listen and understand. Only issue I had is the nurse initially took my PulseOx and my heart rate was in the 150s due to a POTs flare up. She took it again, registered it in the 130s and left it on until it dropped in the 120s. Exam room was filthy and the Dr's were very rude and argumentative
Been here twice..last year Dr Spinx was awful... rest of staff nice... recent visit all staff was alright... however both times.. very Nasty ( this place is very dirty)...if I could I would give negative stars.... Shouldn't send anyone there.. I really can't work... but I still deserve a clean Drs office...
I've read the negative reviews but I had a very positive experience. I arrived early for my appt & was taken right in (under 5 mins) Staff was friendly. I saw Dr Shannon & she was very nice! Went over my current conditions. Allowed me to talk & she listened. Basic physical & neurological exam. Remember that they are not there to be your family doctor, or diagnose or treat you. But if you go in prepared & with a nice attitude, you'll have a good experience.
