It was a nightmare trying to find the place. Very poor directions and people never heard of it. Neither had we. My husband was not looking good when 45 min later we found the place by accident. His blood pressure was high after trying to find the place. The people there were great to us.
With reviews, tried giving the benefit of doubt, but my daughters appointment was at 1, we arrived on time. it's after 2 and still sitting in the lobby. There was only 1 other person in the lobby. Not sure how long this typically takes, but why have an appointment time. for someone being evaluated for any type of issues to sit like this is frustrating. For their support team as well.
Today on 10/02/2024 I had a Scheduled Appointment With This Office at 9:15 am, and another appointment following the other at 10:00am. I knew that I would possibly be late, due to the fact that my fiancé does not get on his break from work until 9:00am. So I reached out and called the 1-800 IMA number to see if they had any other appointment times for this date, due conflict in time. They did not have any other times available.
