Visit went well staff was very nice and seemed to care about what they are doing
The smell of disinfectant in the lobby caused my husband's asthma to act up. The long wait inside for the doctor wasn't pleasant. But then, when they told social security that he didn't show up for his appointment... That sealed the deal. Calling the only number I had left to a very unpleasant person on the phone. Overall, not happy with this place or the people on the phone before we even got there, that's a whole other story.

Starting off; the forty fort building was poorly designed. I couldn’t get my walker in because the curb was broken and there was no ramp into the building. When in the building the first time the woman seemed to understand my physical disabilities and was rather sympathetic; but when speaking to the “psych” I felt dismissed and spoken down to. Worst place ever. Do not go here. I had to go for a pre-employment drug screening. After I sat there for an hour having to go to the bathroom and holding it, they finally tell me they don't have the supplies to do the test. Incompetent at best. Horrible place, inhumane treatment and the place was dirty.
