This place is the worst being in the medical field for over 16 years I never seen a place so incompetent and unreliable. I been trying to get my disabled son to be seen for the last 4 months although I have medical records of his disability and every time they have canceled my appointment a few minutes before my appointment. This is the healthcare we have now, where not even the providers are who took an oath to serve the sick don’t want to work. No such thing as courtesy professionalism at this location. If I could give this zero stars I would. They don’t tell you in advance that urine tests for jobs are only until 1, although hours are open until 4. Then, show up at 11:45 the following day and the woman who performs the test is “too busy” to take me that day. This was time sensitive for a job and 2 days were wasted. Someone should be fired for not doing their job.
Well, the PA-C, who came in still blowing cigarette smoke out of her nostrils, and who spent a whole 4 minutes with my son compared his 3 spinal issues to her friends child and said “he’ll be fine” my son is not even 2. How could you give such an assessment based off another child? Place deserves 0 stars. Ive met more competent medical “professionals” at McDonalds. Oh, and they like to lie about who my child was seen by on his medical records. I’m sure that’s not legal. Once again in touch with my attorney over these clowns.... read more
I had to do a drug screening here and it went well. I was in and out in 20 minutes or so, and everyone was friendly.
Filthy offices and rude staff. Forcing headphones on a cochlear implant patient causing pain and discomfort is generally frowned upon by actual doctors.
