I’d give it a zero if I’m being honest. They have no respect for other people’s time. They gaslight you claiming they’re doing you a favor when in reality I was required to have an appointment with them. I didn’t want to have it but here we are. I was scheduled for 11am and arrived about 30 minutes prior only to end up waiting over 2 hours. They refuse to take any accountability and when faced with my annoyance and frustration I was gaslit and not heard and on top of that rage baited. Never coming back here again. The staff was great - efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Was also great. Very short waiting time for me. Waiting room could use a makeover
After reading the reviews of the Hempstead IMA office, I was prepared for the worst...but could there be such an important place that sounded as if its employees had been trained at the Caligula Institute for Hazing Patients? The answer is a resounding no! The receptionist was Disney-level friendly. The x-ray technician was wonderfully conversational. Finally, the doctor was caring, informative, and an utter delight. I was tempted to start singing Broadway show tunes on my way out...
They tell you to arrive 30 mins prior. For what reason? We’ve been waiting 50 Mins past our appointment time
