Audiologist appointment with IMA’s Dr Jacqueline Ingram was fast and efficient. Dr Ingram was great, explained results and answered all my questions. I had considered testing at a hearing aide center but was leary of hard sell tactics. I’m so glad IMA offers this new service and I highly recommend it.
The office is clean and comfortable, the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. But the shining star was the audiologist. She gave me a thorough test and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend her if you have any hearing issues. Doug Sickels
