Made the appointment that morning then got a call from them right before appointment saying there was no one there to cut my hair and they were about an hour away. Waiting wasn't an option for my schedule that day.. This was all during business hours they have posted on website. So I never got to have my hair done that day. Their website gives the impression of great service and looks really nice.
