The way that I M Kelly colored my hair could have contributed to significant hair loss. 1) She first washed my hair; 2) She then applied hair color AFTER she washed my hair, when it was soaking wet. The hair is in a fragile state when it is wet. I have been informed that a hair stylist is supposed to color hair when it is dry NOT wet.
