Wouldn't even give this business a full star rating. Today, a family member of mine was fired from the clinic. She asked why, but they didn't give her a reason. In my opinion, that's a low blow and simply wrong; she deserves to be told by the doctor himself why she was fired. You all had weekly meetings on Thursdays to voice concerns. Dr Iqbal seems like a nice guy but only saw him once. You pushed to the nurse practitioner that is less than helpful. If you have a referral policy they don't want to deal with you and dismiss care if you stand up for your rights.
I have nothing but rave reviews concerning Dr. Omer Iqbal and his staff. Concern, care, and integrity are foremost inside the practice. I want to especially recognize Sara (Nurse) and Kelsey (PA) for their care and prompt attention to my concerns. These are good people. Just the type to trust your health with.
