I moved from Mobile and had to find a new IM. Luckily someone recommended Dr Omer Iqbal!! I have been beyond pleased with the thorough care that I have received!! He is awesome along with an awesome staff! The receptionists, Jessica and MK are so pleasant AND efficient (unfortunately, you don’t encounter this kind of reception at a lot of places)! Dr Iqbal is a great doctor and he and his staff take the time to listen and discuss with you until you’re comfortable. I did not feel like they were just rushing to the next patient like I’ve experienced at other medical offices. They were all very friendly and approachable, especially Tesa, the medical assistant who saw me first.
I had a great experience at Dr. Omer Iqbal's office. His staff - receptionists Jessica & MK, medical assistant Tesa, and nurse Sara - are personable and caring. They are attentive and quick to respond. Dr. Iqbal has a knack for making you feel comfortable and calm. He explains things clearly and welcomes questions and concerns. Throughout your health journey, he is supportive and encouraging.
I’m a big fan of Dr. Iqbal and his staff. I always recommend his practice anytime anyone asks me. I appreciate everyone on his team, especially Tesa, who has a very pleasant demeanor. Excellent care!!
