DODGY BUILDERS - PLEASE STAY AWAY!! My friend used IM builders and she has had nothing but trouble since. Clogged pipes, leaks, cracks, etc. When she got another builder in - he inspected several faults and told her the previous builder had done work AGAINST construction code and even found things done extremely negligently. When we spoke to several friends in the building industry - they mentioned that word on the street is that these guys are inflexible and dodgy.
