Pam and I'm a Ten have changed my life. From counseling/therapy to meditation in a meditation room, they have it all. Even Mr. Doug texting weekly reminders is a personal touch. I love being there and can say I'm blessed to have found them. Highly recommend them!
It is easier to say there isn’t anything I don’t recommend then to say, it would take up the whole page, what I recommend about “I’m A Ten” I have been seeing Pam every week for 3 years now and have received more answers and explanations then I did for 20 years with various psychiatrists and programs. Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and loved.
The feeling like this is my safe place where I can just be. The meditation room is very comforting. The staff are like one loving family egear to help and ready to hug if you need one this is a different kind of therapy this is really a safe space for adults and children. I’ve seen the children being encouraged to be themselves and are happy. Give it a chance you’ll see exactly what I mean. This place can and will make you better if you are willing to do the work too!!
