Completely ridiculous office. Having to deal with them is literally impossible. I got a prescription on may 16th. Dropped it off and later that day they couldn’t fill it because insurance needed pre authorization. Been calling the office and no one can call the pharmacy to give the authorization. It’s been 8 days and now on Monday will be 11 days. Thank you ASUI staff for the run around.
