He has a special interest in stone disease and minimally invasive treatments for various urological conditions. Dr. Gorbachinsky is also very passionate about patient safety and quality improvement, completing several projects at Wake Forest helping to minimize catheter trauma and decreasing radiation exposure during CT scans for stone disease.

It was on May 2025 I called Dr. Gorbachinsky for an appointment which was given to me on July 30th, 2025 at 9.00 am. One week to appointment I received an online form (almost 20 pages) to fill it out and I did. I received two reminding phone calls on last two consecutive days that advised to to be there at least 15 minutes before appointment time and I did. He's the absolute Best. He listens to my questions, never giving me the feeling of being rushed. He weighs out the pros and cons of choices for procedures plus he has an easy going personality. I feel lucky to have been referred to him as my surgeon 😷. As I require repeat procedures, my confidence in his professionalism and skill is at 100%!
Its hard to communicate with anyone. The call wait is very lon̈g and calls drop off. Trying to contact Dr. G for a much needed "botox" incontinence procedure . Please advise
