Longtime resident here. This property used to be a great place to live—professional, responsive management, well-maintained grounds, and a real sense of care for residents. Unfortunately, since being sold to a private equity firm in early 2025, the service has noticeably declined. The handover was disorganized and poorly executed. The new management team seems to consist mostly of temps who are either indifferent or clearly overwhelmed and under-resourced. The current leasing staff has been so terrible with communication. They are not willing to effectively communicate when anybody will be at the ILuminate office the recurring answer is “someone is there Monday through Saturday & if they are not at ILuminate they are across the street at Linear”. They are unfriendly & lack customer service skills. With ongoing questions around dropping off my cashiers check since they’ve locked my customer portal to make rent payments since November, they stop responding as soon as I can final... read more
