Good clean secure place
Do not move here. The new ownership is absolute garbage. When I first moved here with my girlfriend our rent was 1500 now it’s $2000. $100 increase every year. There’s zero communication. For instance, we just got this notice. First they force us to use ally trash a waste collection services when there’s a trash shoot right down the hall of every unit, but they want to make extra money and tack it onto our rent.
