I've been going on and off to Gina's yoga classes for about 5 yrs. I love these classes! Affordable! Appropriate for any level as she adjusts for your needs. Love the room at the church, its big with plenty of room. No need to bring your own equipment, she's got everything. I hadn't been in a couple of years due to hand and knee issues but she gives options that I can work around and still leave feeling energized, relaxed, and got a good stretch. So happy to be back!

After leaving Gina’s class, my mind feels free and calm. Gina is professional and extremely knowledgeable, and she really understands what you need. Her class offers a perfect balance of strengthening and centering. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs to find a moment of calm and get back in touch with their body. Thank you Gina and i am sure that i’m gonna continue my classes with you for lifetime!! 🤗

I highly recommend Gina. She is a great teacher. She takes the time to assess and modify each individual poses to your comfort level.
