Needed stucco repair and painting done. found Northside searching around Highland park and they were solid from the estimate through the finished work. house looks great, real clean results
we been wanting to get the stucco redone on our place for years. kept putting it off because the estimates i was getting elsewhere seemed all over the place. ended up reaching out to Northside after seeing some work they did on a house over in Deerfield. they came out, looked at everything, and gave us a number that actually made sense. we decided to go ahead with the full stucco installation plus painting. the whole timeline they laid out at the start was pretty much what happened which i was not expecting tbh. crew started... read more
